Angela Kaufman
Angela Kaufman is an author and speaker. She is a Certified Intuitive Consultant Licensed Clinical Social Worker Activist and Astrologer. She has been licensed as a Psychic, Reiki Practitioner and an Ordined Ministerial. Kauffman's reputation was built as an artist of portraits throughout her three-year stay in Italy. In 1765, she was appointed to Rome's Accademia de San Lucia. This is a testament to her achievements. Angelica Kauffman spent only 15 years living in England however she made an enormous impact on the 18th-century London art scene becoming one of the two female founder members of the Royal Academy. Angelica Kauffman passed away on 5 November 1807 at the age of 66. Liz Powers, along with her brother Spencer Powers founded ArtLifting together in November 2013. Liz Powers was named one of Forbes 30 Under 30 & Boston Globe Game Changers. During her free time Liz is a fan of making paintings from books, walk, run, and sail. Kauffman relocated from Rome in 1763 was the first introduced to British culture. In addition to learning English and continuing her portraiture a few months later the family relocated to Naples. Kauffman studied Old Masters works in this city and then had her work sent to an exhibition in London.
