Aspen Ladd first began training in combat sports at the age of 14 years old. Along with BJJ She also took classes in boxing, wrestling and kickboxing. In the age of 18 years old, Ladd had her debut as an amateur at WCFC. Ladd was able to continue building upon her victory in Ultimate Reno Combat, where she won three consecutive fights.
