Andrew Garfield

Andrew Russell Garfield was born on the 20th of August, 1983 in Los Angeles, CA. His credits have included The Social Network (2010), The Amazing Spider-Man 2012 and Hacksaw Ridge, 2016. Garfield began his professional career with theater before making his television debut in the year 2005 with Sugar Rush and his movie debut in Mumbo Jumbo. Following his breakout performance in The Social Network (2010) the actor portrayed Spiderman for The Social Network's 2012 remake, which was with the direction of Marc Webb. The parents of his character are American Richard Garfield, and British Lynn Hillman. He is the older brother of Ben. His family moved out of the US to England at the time he was three. The young man was educated and brought up in Surrey. His first acting lessons began at very young age, and also took part in various school productions. The first step he took was into the theater in the Central School of Speech and Drama, London.
